Today my sister and nephew came over to play and help me get caught up on some cleaning. Yes, again, I get help from my family! What would I do without them? I also have friends who do the same. I'm not really sure why or how I got so blessed in the friends & family department, but I sure did. Michael and I talk about that all the time. I'm just an ordinary girl surrounded by extraordinary people. Anyway, Danica and I felt awesome because we let the boys play outside while we worked in the kitchen. I was telling her that Evan hardly ever gets to play outside because we are always so busy or whatever else. And Jaren just gets to play on their back patio, in the sandbox or riding his bike from one end, nine feet or so to the other end. Ha! Anyway, the scary thing is that after a couple of hours of blissful play, they were all of a sudden quiet. Long story short, they had gone around to the front of the house. It took me about 5 minutes to bring my heart rate down and lower my blood pressure. After that I realized that I now have two kids who are going to want to play outside and I just can't let them do that unless we have side fences. So, I'm checking with my brother-in-law to see if he is able to do side fences for us. But, if anybody knows of anyone who fences for a reasonable price, please let me know. We also need to replace our siding and will be getting estimates on that in the next couple of months. If you know anyone who does a good job for a great price, fill us in there, too! Thanks!
Now the funny part. And, you know, I wouldn't normally share this with everyone but I've found that in reading other people's blogs, it's this kind of stuff that makes me love the person who wrote it even more. It shows they are human, just like me. And we can laugh with each other about life. Anyway, at one point Jaren came into the house needing to go to the bathroom. He went in and quickly came back asking for my help. When I asked him what he needed help with, he said he needed the toilet cleaned before he could go. Ha! Not that I can blame him...it was embarrassing. Danica and I had to laugh about that one. And as I type, the toilet is soaking. Actually, my five minutes are up and now it's time to scrub. At least I didn't have too much work tonight so I can get stuff like that done. Only about 12 more tasks to get done before bed. Oh boy!

You do a great job!! We had to put side fences in a couple of years ago too. If you buy the fence materials, Aaron could come over and help Michael put it up. He has a fence post digger, so all you would need would be the wood and nails. They could get it done in no time with two of them working. Just an idea...let me know!! I love you blog!
ditto on the fence assistance for my aaron...he put up our fence last summer and it looks really professional! with three of them, it would be fast and easy, and maybe even a little fun!
